College Credit Plus

Applying to College Credit Plus 25-26 School Year

If you are considering taking a College Credit Plus course (at Crestwood High School or at the college campus), please follow the following steps. This information can also be found directly on the Crestwood High School Counseling Website under the College Credit Plus link. All links can be accessed:

1. View the college Credit Plus Presentation and review the CCP Packet

   1. Advanced Placement and CCP Introduction

   2. College Credit Plus overview from Kent State

2. Apply to the college(s) of your choice

• Students may choose to apply to more than one college if they are unsure of their final decision regarding class options. 

• Students will need to take the ACT to be eligible for college admission if they do not currently have 3.0 cumulative GPA. 

3. Complete the 3 required forms for the Crestwood School Counseling Office. 

   1. Counseling Requirement Form

   2. Letter of Intent

   3. CCP Application Verification Form (which prompts our office to send student transcripts)

4. If you intend to take a Crestwood High School class, you must select that on the course selection form as well, when the scheduling process begins in February.
