P.E./Advanced Lifelong Fitness
1017 P.E./Advanced Lifelong Fitness 1 Semester Grades 9, 10, 11, 12 ¼ credit
This course is designed for an advanced workout. Activities and weekly plan will be the same as beginning lifelong fitness; however, daily expectation for student performance will be greater. You must have a Physical Education teacher recommendation to take this course, or a B or better in a physical education class. A pre and post physical fitness test will be given at the beginning and end of each semester, and a written report will be required as part of the final exam.
