Career Based Intercention Program (CBIP II)
Career Based Intervention Program (CBIP) II 1 year Grades 11, 12 3 credits
The CBI II program is a work-study program. The student goes to school part of the day and works at an on-the-job training station part of the day. Students receive high school credit for both the time spent on the job and the time spent in school. The program is intended for students who have had a difficult time with the regular school program. Students must be either academically or economically disadvantaged and at-risk. Students will receive 2 lab credits for work, 1 related classroom credit. Must have instructor permission to enroll in this course. See the guidance office for an application. (Fee: $10).
